Very nice. My only concern is the details in her ear, you've obviously taken the time to do a very detailed job on it, and it is a very good observation of an ear, but then her face is far too soft by contrast. With that great a detailin the ear, you almost expect more in her face, say in her nose and lips.

Her clothes are very well done, you've observerd the form beneath well, and it looks like a rounded solid form.
